How To Create A News Post
News posts on the site are labeled GR Activities.
The term 'News' is also being used as a menu link in the site main menu to group GR Activities, Global Express, and Audience Feedback as sub links under it.
- If you intend to create a GR Activity post, go to Admin > Content > Add Content > News
- Enter the title of the GR Activity
- We can work on the English version of the content first, so leave Language as English
- For the body field (the gray box under the label Body) hover to the right side of the box and click on one of the 2 'plus' icons.
- The shortcode modal box will pop up. Select the shortcode button for HTML and click Add.
- The modal box for HTML will show up with CKEditor as default text format. This is fine. You can go ahead type in the text for your post. Click Save when done.
- Click the 'Browse' button under Images to upload multiple images from your local computer.
- Below the images field, you will find a tiny field with label 'Date happened'. Enter the date for when the activity took place, usually in the format of [month year] e.g. August 2018

- URL path settings
- Revison Information
- Authoring Information
- Promotion Settings
- Click Publish or click Save as Draft depending on what you need
