How To Create A Post For Audience Feedback
Similar to Global Express, the display page for Audience Feedback is generated using a module called Views to programmatically display a collection of posts under a content type (or type of post) called 'Audience Feedback'.
Each Audience Feedback item is separately created as a post. Once published, it is automatically added in the list on the Audience Feedback display page at https://global-reachout.org/news/audience-feedback.
- To create a post, go to Admin > Content > Add Content > Audience Feedback
- Enter the title for the post (usually the name of Program that had impact on the person )
- Work on the English version first, so leave Language as English
- Hover on the greyed box under Body, and click on one of the 2 'plus' icons on the right. The shortcode modal box will pop up. Select the shortcode button for HTML and click Add.
- The modal box for HTML will pop up with CKEditor as default text format. This is fine. You can go ahead type in the text for the Audience Feedback in body section. Click Save when done.
- Below the body section is a field for Country of Origin, enter the country where the person giving the testimonial is from.
