Hello friends! Welcome to Workplace Strategy!

Some time ago, May, our listener, wrote on our WeChat platform:

“Thank the Lord that I had the opportunity to listen to your program. It benefitted me greatly. But I also discovered that I’ve many personal issues. I cannot help but tend to erupt in anger when I encounter unfair incidents at the workplace. Due to my intolerance for things which I felt were unfair, I have changed many jobs. Actually, I now realise my own issues contributed to this thinking: I was too young and lacked the maturity and composure to handle the different relationships and people dynamics. Now, though I am eager to work, I am apprehensive at the same time, as I don’t know what jobs are suitable for me. Somehow, I sense that I still have not found my niche. If you see my WeChat message, please give me advice. I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you. Jesus loves all of you and so do I.”

First of all, thank you, May, for your feedback. It’s such a joy to receive messages from our listeners. And May, thank you especially for such an honest message.

We studied May’s message and prayed about it. There seemed to be two specific issues: first, she would erupt in anger when faced with unfair treatment. Second, she had changed many jobs, but didn’t seem to find an appropriate one nor know the jobs for which she was suitable.
