In the last episode, we discussed "The Biblical Principles of Spiritual Profit", and today we are going to learn - how to make spiritual profit.

Kingdom enterprises need to continuously renew and transform their minds, so that their operations will become more and more Christ-like—with truth, righteousness and holiness, so that they can continue to grow and earn more spiritual profits for the Lord. There are three steps involved here: Re-direction, Re-model, and Reform.

Let's start by looking at the first step in making spiritual profits—re-direction.

To make spiritual profits, we must go in the direction of God. In order to do this, we first ask the Lord to guide us to observe the actions of God, to understand what is happening in our environment according to the revelation of the Bible, and to understand the meaning of it. In this way, we can see the trend of God’s work, and then gain insight into business trends. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we can step up and ride the trend according to the Lord’s command.

How can we be consistent with God's direction? Most importantly, businesses must stay true to the vision they receive and always respond to their calling according to integrated truth. As we resolve to respond to the vision, the Holy Spirit will lead us step by step. At the same time, the company's core values ​​must align with the Great Mission - making disciples of all nations. When the enterprise is united and embraces this common value, we have the vitality to respond to the vision, and through faith, we are constantly aligned with God's will, so that we can plan the direction ahead of the enterprise according to God's will, and execute the mission according to the situation.

If an enterprise can respond to the vision, the core values ​​are correct, and it is fully committed to carrying out its mission, the enterprise will not deviate from the direction of God, and it has already achieved its “re-direction”.

The second step in making spiritual profits is re-modeling. The business model, strategic deployment and institutional structure are all factors that need to be considered when an enterprise is undergoing transformation.

The world in front of us has been changing rapidly, especially in the intelligent era of Industry 4.0, the physical world, the biological world and the cyber world have been integrated with each other, and the speed of change is even more exponential. Kingdom enterprise operators need to constantly update their business models, and constantly adopt new methods and new tools to improve their effectiveness, efficiency and economy. In addition to the transformation according to the available resources, the transformation should also be carried out according to the strategy; and the strategic deployment should be aligned with the core value to ensure that the operators adhere to the principles when working in the market.

In addition, as 1 Peter 4:10 reminds, each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. In this rapidly changing era, only through the joint efforts of the team can a company successfully transform and stay ahead of the times. Therefore, we must ensure that the corporate system structure is clear, everyone knows their position clearly, and the operation process is smooth.

The third step for making spiritual profits is to reform.

In the process of re-direction and transformation of the enterprise led by the operator, a series of changes will inevitably bring psychological impact to the employees, so the operator also needs to lead the enterprise to "reform" - only when the "people" in the enterprise are willing to reform, the enterprise can be regarded as a real transformation and grow to another level.

When looking for team members, we must select according to the mission of the company. While people who are out of mission may also “work hard,” they cannot “work wholeheartedly.” What kingdom enterprises need are people who work wholeheartedly. Once we find such people, we provide the conditions for their lives to be built in business, becoming more and more like Jesus.

This "reform" process is very important, because only when the members of the company have the life of Jesus, the company can have a clean brand; only when the members of the company have the life of Jesus, the team of the company can have the same genes, and build a strong team on this basis.

To help the team "reform," an effective way is to set up prayer altars in the company, where employees can call on Jehovah in everything and seek His will.

In an effort to "re-directing", companies should respond to visions, ensure that core values ​​are correct, and carry out their mission, so that the direction of the company is aligned with God's direction. In the "re-modeling" work, the strategic deployment, business model and institutional structure all need to be constantly updated by entrepreneurs. In the effort of "reforming the heart", the shaping of Christ's genes, the building of clean brands, and the establishment of corporate teams are all essential.

Business operators use the three-fold anointing given by God—prophetic anointing, kingly anointing, and priestly anointing to renew and transform the enterprise and earn abundant spiritual profits.
