23 Be sure you know the condition of your flocks,
    give careful attention to your herds;

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Shalom.

Welcome to tune in to the program by GLOBAL REACHOUT. I am Angelie. This program is based on the workplace training course of GLOBAL JIREH entitled "Christ-centered Entrepreneurship”. This course was compiled by Pastor Tony TAY Mingxian to help brothers and sisters live out Christ in the workplace.

In the previous episodes, we mentioned that an excellent heavenly enterprise must comply with thirteen principles. We have talked about eleven of them in the previous few episodes. In today’s program, we are going to talk about the last 2 principles today.

As the saying goes: Keeping one's career is harder than starting a business; going up depends on opportunity and going down depends on wisdom. Companies need to strategically make their influence last, even to the next generation, otherwise our companies will be short-lived, or face the problem of not being able to continue. In order to ensure that the company's influence can be passed on, we must adhere to the following two principles: Firstly, Impactful--sustainable influence; Secondly, Noble Plan-noble inheritance plan.

Let's look at Impactful first--sustainable influence.

The characteristics of an enterprise determine whether it can be continued. Therefore, in order to maintain continuous influence, first of all, we need to build the life gene of Christ for the enterprise. The DNA of the world presents Destructive and Negative Attitude (DNA); the DNA of Christ reflects the Divine Noble Attitude (DNA). With the vitality of Christ, we will respond to the vision. In the process of responding to corporate vision, we must pay attention to the integration of Entrepreneurial Mindset and Institutional Mindset. Why do we say that? Dear friends, you see, those with an entrepreneurial mentality tend to focus on creativity and development. They have many new ideas to try, but R&D work requires money! At this time, if there is no balanced mindset, the company will have the cash flow problem. On the other hand, if a high-quality management system lacks creativity, companies cannot keep up with time. Therefore, we need to consider the innovation breakthrough and stable development of the enterprise as a whole.

Proverbs 27:23-24 says: “Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds; for riches do not endure forever, and a crown is not secure for all generations.” This passage reminds us that if a business is to have sustained influence, the chief executive must first bring up the lives of employees and help them have the genes of Christ in their lives. Next, it is to ensure that the company is up-to-date and break through, and to ensure that its system is continually improved and optimized as the company develops.

In summary, a life with a Christian gene, innovative breakthroughs and a suitable institutional framework—the development of these three aspects needs to be consistent in order for companies to create sustainable influence. If you do a good job first and then business grow larger, your company can thrive. To develop an enterprise, don't think about to thrive in a short period of time. This is not an idea that kingdom entrepreneurs should have.

After talking about how to build a sustainable influence, now we are going to talk about how to pass on this influence. This comes to the "Noble Plan"-a noble inheritance plan.

The noble inheritance originates from the noble vision. The noble vision makes people realize that a long-term inheritance plan is necessary, and this long-term plan is to implement the vision step by step. We cannot have big ambitions, but being unfaithful in small things. Great things are the accumulation of many small beautiful things. Therefore, the development plan must be step-by-step and in a clear order. Proverbs 24:27 mentions: “Put your outdoor work in order and get your fields ready; after that, build your house." After the construction plan is prepared, the materials are prepared and processed in the field, and then the house will be built. This is a sequence of work. The same is true for the company's preparatory successor. We have to measure whether someone is suitable to be a successor according to three criteria: Character, Calling and Competency. In our inheritance plan, character building is the first step. The second step is to ensure that the calling received by the successor is consistent with the company's goals and has sufficient talents to be competent for the job. If there is character but no calling, this person cannot be fully involved; if there is calling but no talent, this person is not competent; if there is talent but no character, this person is definitely not the right person.

To sum up: If an enterprise wants to pass on its influence, it must first establish a sustainable influence, Impactful. The method is: to build the life genes of Christ, to renew breakthroughs and maintain a balance between stable development. With continuous influence, companies need to have a noble inheritance plan, the Noble Plan. This plan has to be carried out step by step, not too early or too late to hand over the business; the successor must possess character, calling, and talent.

Dear friends, at this point, the 13 principles that "excellent kingdom enterprise" must comply with have been shared, and I hope this can bring you some inspiration. At the end of the program, let us invite Ps. Tony TAY Meng Hiang, the founder of GLOBAL JIREH to pray for us.
