²⁸ One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”

Episode Five

Leadership is Dynamic

In Episode Four of this series on leadership entitled LEAD the WAY, I talked about Leadership Styles, Leadership Models, and the dark side of leadership. In this Episode Five, I will talk about the dynamic nature of Leadership Styles, and list out twelve leadership trajectories which shows how the passage of time had contributed to a greater clarity of leadership. Let us begin.

¹⁸ Appoint judges and officials for each of your tribes in every town the Lord your God is giving you, and they shall judge the people fairly. ¹⁹ Do not pervert justice or show partiality. Do not accept a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the innocent. ²⁰ Follow justice and justice alone, so that you may live and possess the land the Lord your God is giving you.
