13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (1 Corinthians 13:13)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Thanks for tuning in to GLOBAL REACHOUT. I am Sister Angelie, and starting from November, we have launched the program called the "Kingdom Business Culture". This program is based on the workplace training course by GLOBAL JIREH entitled, "Christ-centred Entrepreneurship". This course was compiled by Pastor Tony TAY Meng Hiang to help brothers and sisters live out Christ in the workplace.
We encourage brothers and sisters to sign up for this course, so that they will not only have the opportunity to communicate directly with the instructors, but also establish long-term and close contacts with the kingdom business operators in the group, learn from each other and encourage one another, and put the theory into practice. Living out Christ in the workplace. For those who are interested, you can refer to the end of the manuscript and register by email. In today's program, we are talking about the perfect integration of character, attitude and system.
The Bible tells us that Christ is the image of the invisible God (Colossians 1:15), the visible entity of God. Those created in the image and likeness of God should reflect the image of Christ, and this is the image that the new man in Christ should have. The enterprise, as the work of the entrepreneur, should reflect the image and style of the entrepreneur. As a matter of fact, the enterprises established by Christian entrepreneurs should have the benevolence and holiness of the truth - an attitude derived from faith, which is to imitate the prophet of truth; a system derived from hope, which is to imitate the king of benevolence and righteousness; the character of love, which is to imitate the holy priesthood. Three elements are indispensable.
In 1 Corinthians 13:13, the word "remain" is a singular verb, which indicates that Paul saw "faith, hope, and love" as a whole. The kingdom enterprise is the integration of the true attitude from faith, the system of benevolence and righteousness from hope, and the holy character from love.
Let us look at the integration of character, attitude and system from six aspects:
- The fruit of the Holy Spirit—the life character of “loving God, loving others, and loving oneself’” is our authority to use our gifts. Equipped with this character, we are empowered to embrace faith expressed in love with the right attitude (Galatians 5:6). In other words, extending from love to faith is the right way to build an attitude. When an enterprise follows this path to obtain a valid faith, the resources needed in the system will catch up with the faith, leaving the enterprise lacking nothing.
- Because of love, God created all things in the world and performed redemption; also because of love, God gave us faith, so that we can look forward to the future inheritance. Entrepreneurs should imitate God and start businesses and keep businesses because of the fullness of the Lord’s love. This pure motive brings about a noble character and a correct attitude, and the entrepreneur, by faith, is full of hope for the future inheritance, and then perseveres in the system to accomplish what he should do.
- The expansion of love, the alignment of faith, and the fulfillment of hope are all equally important and cannot be ignored. Only when the character of an enterprise conforms to the standard of love, can its expansion be meaningful; when the attitude of the enterprise is aligned with the criterion of trust, its proposition can only be effective; only when the enterprise's system emphasizes the fulfillment of expectations, can its operation be motivated. Now there is faith, hope, and love, the greatest of which is love. People can accomplish things only by faith or hope, but in the end they may still hurt others and themselves. Only love can benefit others.
- The virtues of each person in a team are bound together by love, for love binds all virtues (Colossians 3:14). Because of love, we will affirm and learn from each other, so that the virtues of each of us are linked together. This also illustrates the integrative nature of love. When the virtues of a team are connected in love, people's character is elevated and the team is more able to embrace and hold true faith, which can lead to a breakthrough in faith. Hope's tipping point is based on the accuracy of the faith, because if the desired thing comes from misbelief, the tipping point of hope has no chance of happening. The yearning for what you want, urges people to organize a team with a system, and go all out to make things happen together.
- Seizing the opportunity, making good use of the location, and promoting the cooperation of people are very important to any enterprise. However, if you want to seize the opportunity, an enterprise must have a sound system, so as not to miss the opportunity; if you want to make good use of the geographical advantage, an enterprise must bring market advantages through an attitude of integrity; Building a united and committed team with a hope-focused system will bring people together.
- The Lord Jesus requires us to be faithful, good, and discerning servants. Loyal kingdom entrepreneurs pay attention to integrity, which is the level of attitude; good kingdom entrepreneurs reveal their humanity, which is the level of character; discerning kingdom entrepreneurs pursue excellence, which is the level of system. The combination of the three makes us the Lord's faithful servant.
Summarizing the content shared today, the key point is: the operation of enterprises needs to value and integrate character, attitude and system. When our character conforms to the standard of love, our attitude is aligned with the criterion of faith, and the system focuses on the realization of our aspirations, the enterprise can thrive in all directions.
Dear friends, this is where we end today's episode. I hope to see you again on the next episode of Kingdom Business Culture.

Discussion
1. Share about a recent incident in your work that you conquered a challenge because of your "faith".
2. Where is the boundary between promoting "cooperation among people" and being "unprincipled and diplomatic" at workplace?
3. Where are the shortcomings of your company in the three aspects of seizing the right time, making good use of the geographical advantage, and promoting the cooperation of people? What is the cause?
