Greetings, brothers and sisters, welcome to a new program, Workplace Strategy, which is jointly produced by Global Reachout and Global Jireh. We hope this program will provide a platform for working professionals to learn and share with one another about their successful experiences and lessons learnt from failures in the workplace. Today, we are going to talk about the pursuit of excellence in the workplace.

Some of you may wonder, the Lord Jesus asks us to seek first God's kingdom and righteousness, then all other things will be given to us. If I have faith, I should be diligent in reading the Bible, praying, going to church, listening to sermons and pursuing spiritual growth. Everything else will be given and provided by the Lord. Successful career, excellent work performance – should be given to me by the Lord, instead of me having to go out to pursue it. Pursuing excellence in the workplace is too secular. Don’t you think so?
