7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life. 9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. (Galatians 6:7-9)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Thanks for tuning in to GLOBAL REACHOUT. I am Sister Angelie, and starting from November, we have launched the program called the "Kingdom Business Culture". This program is based on the workplace training course by GLOBAL JIREH entitled, "Christ-centred Entrepreneurship". This course was compiled by Pastor Tony TAY Meng Hiang to help brothers and sisters live out Christ in the workplace.
We encourage brothers and sisters to sign up for this course, so that they will not only have the opportunity to communicate directly with the instructors, but also establish long-term and close contacts with the kingdom business operators in the group, learn from each other and encourage one another, and put the theory into practice. Living out Christ in the workplace. For those who are interested, you can refer to the end of the manuscript and register by email. In today's program, we will think together how to cultivate the quality of kingdom entrepreneurs. The quality of kingdom entrepreneurs is measured by character, attitude and system. To be full-fledged kingdom entrepreneurs, we must first be mindful of our thoughts, because our thoughts are revealed in our words; we must be careful of our words, because our words are reflected in our actions; we must be careful of ourselves behavior, because behavior becomes our habit; we must be careful of our habit, because habit forms our character. The consistency of thoughts, words, actions, and habits has an obvious influence. And understanding this relationship is very important to a person's character.
The Bible says in Hosea 10:12, "Sow righteousness for yourselves, and you will reap the fruit of unfailing love." Our look and behavior should show an attitude of actively sowing righteousness in order to reap unfailing love. This passage in Hosea also reminds us the encouragement of Galatians 6:9: Do not be weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Hosea 10:12 goes on to say, "break up your unplowed ground; for it is time to seek the Lord." Here we are reminded that we should seek the Lord, know what we should do, and then weave the unplowed ground, proceed with the plan, and respond to the call with faith. On this basis, a more complete system will be established.
After laying the foundation of character, attitude and system, let us think about how to become a qualified kingdom entrepreneur from seven different aspects——
1. The importance of faith, hope and love in the growth of an enterprise. The establishment of the team spirit is based on love. Love makes teammates value character. Only when people with character are in a team can they walk together with one heart. A trustworthy brand for a business is built on the unwavering confidence of an entrepreneur - and because of that confidence, we uncompromisingly adhere to our principles and gain the trust of others. Finally, the hope of the vision can motivate the team to go all out, establish an excellent institutional framework, and make the operation of the enterprise Effective, Efficient, and Economical.
2. The operator should shepherd the members of the enterprise with a pure heart, eager to bring people to the Lord and make people's lives orderly. In addition, the operator's mind should carefully consider a clearer vision, expecting to lead others to participate in the Lord's plan, so that life has a direction. Operators should also use the skill in their hands to guide the enterprise, guide others to complete the Lord's entrustment, and make people's lives meaningful.
3. Proverbs 4:20-21 tells us: "My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart." Keep it in our hearts, honor the Lord in our hearts, and focus on what God wants us to do. Here, "intentional listening" means willing to be humble and teachable, open to the opinions and teachings of others.
4. We should guard ourselves from sin. 1 John 2:16 mentions the devil's three deadly tricks, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. The entrepreneurs should be aware of these three selfish desires. If we crave pride in this life, we will focus on personal reputation rather than focusing on glorifying God. When we are led by the lust of the eyes, we yearn for power rather than truth. And if we are mindful of the lusts of the flesh, we will place too much emphasis on the results of our work, and will not hesitate to harm others.
5. Luke 4:1-12 records that the devil tried to tempt Jesus to sin. From the answer of the Lord Jesus, we see how the Lord resists sin—and these are the actions we should take when faced with temptation. First, Jesus said, "Do not put the Lord to the test." To test the Lord means to doubt the Lord. We should trust God, which will focus our attention on glorifying the Lord. Second, Jesus said, "Worship the Lord your God only, and serve him only." We should be determined to do what God wants us to do, and not be deceived by material things. Thirdly, Jesus said, "Man does not live by bread alone, but by the word of the Lord." We must obey God's word, even if we do not eat three meals a day.
6. Kingdom entrepreneurs should exercise themselves to live a life of prayer, reading the Bible, and preaching the Lord's word. This kind of exercise gives us the ability to follow the Lord's way, and at the same time we are clear about the Lord's command, and can influence others to become the Lord's disciples.
7. Kingdom entrepreneurs are Shepherd Leaders, Servant Leaders and Steward Leaders. Therefore, we must learn how to influence people's hearts and make them good; how to influence people's heads, making people more faithful; how to influence people's hands, making people more knowledgeable.
May the Lord make us all kingdom entrepreneurs with Character, Calling and Competency.
Dear friends, this is where we end today's episode. I hope to see you again on the next episode of Kingdom Business Culture!

Discussion
1. Have you ever observed a coherent effect of thoughts, words, actions, and habits in yourself or others around you?
2. How does your company “shepherd” employees? What are the specific practices?
3. In what areas do you personally have the greatest influence in the enterprise? Does it make people kinder, make people more faithful, or make people more knowledgeable?
